Our CNC machining processes ensure the accurate and reliable creation of 3D thermoforming components to an extremely high-quality finish. And we’re able to accommodate any shape and design of moulding, up to a size of 3150mm x 1500mm.

We have our own computer-aided design (CAD) facilities and personnel who are adept at producing bespoke and original solutions (though of course, we also work with files/designs supplied by our customers). Consequently, we’re able to produce accurate, automated and always cost-effective CNC routines from a wide variety of data sources.
